I need a little assistance with the page settings my printer is BC-85AC and pager size is Zprinter(80(72)x210mm) and page margin is (0,0.2,0.2,0) . The issue i'm facing with settings is that more paper is being utilized by
each receipt printed by it in the header and the footer. Kindly guide me on the problems i'm facing.

Hi everybody,
I have BC-85AC printer in my office. I am not able to print anything from it. When i try to print the test page, the POS80 window shows status:Error-Printing and Pages: n/a although there is a full roll of paper in it. If anyone can help me solve this problem i will be very grateful.
